Shipping and Returns


Most items on our website are available for same day dispatch when your order is received before 3pm.

Some specialist items take a little longer to get ready and are dispatched the following working day. You will receive an email from our team to confirm when your item has been shipped. If you are in any doubt check the details of the product you are ordering as we will always tell you what your handling and expected shipping time is before you purchase.

Our standard shipping service is 2-5 days, but if available you chose to upgrade this, at a small additional charge of £4.99, you can then receive your item the very next day. 

Our preferred next day delivery courier is DPD. If selected you will receive a tracking number and a one hour delivery window. Their interactive options mean if this isn't suitable you can opt to change your delivery date.

RESPiRE want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if for some reasons it fails to meet your expectations then you have the right to return within 30 days of purchase.

In order for you return to be accepted the item must be in its original packaging in an unused condition.

Simply return the item to us at our address below and your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

If, once received, your returned item fails to meet our returns conditions, then you will be contacted and offered to have the item resent to you, however an additional postage charge will apply.

The above returns policy does not affect your rights under our guarantee, which is there to give you peace of mind in the unlikely event that an item develops a fault.
